Ideal for conferences, team gatherings, or company-wide profile updates, our group headshot service brings studio-quality results directly to your event. With full-day bookings, we provide a seamless on-site setup, consistent professional lighting, and high-quality edits for every participant—capturing your team at their best with ease and efficiency.

Package Includes:
- 6-hrs session
- Unlimited photos taken per person
- 3–5 professionally retouched images per person
- Access to all unedited (RAW) photos

Terms & Conditions:
- This package is exclusively for corporate events and company bookings.
- Retouched photos will be delivered via email within 1–2 weeks, depending on editing queue.
- We use professional continuous film lighting—no flash will be used.
- Select photos may be shared on our social media for portfolio purposes. If you'd prefer not to be featured, just let us know during the session.
- London-based service. Travel outside of London is available with additional cost coverage.
- A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This secures your date and allows us to prepare equipment and allocate staff.
- Cancellations made with more than 7 days’ notice will not incur additional charges beyond the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled shoot will be charged an additional 25% of the total fee.
- One-time rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability, at no extra cost.

This package is built for actors. This includes a headshot session as well as a self tape recording with direction from our director.

- Direction and performance coaching from experienced creatives

- Self-tape session (Bring you own material - any audition piece you may need help with)
